This Privacy Policy provides information about how your personal data is processed when you use Arte Urbana Collectif services.

When you sign up for our newsletter or subscribe to attend the events we organize we record personal data about you. This information may be: names, date and place of birth, address, email addresses, telephone numbers, place and address of work, job title, education, photograph, audio or video image and any other information provided by you.

To enable us to provide you with quality access to the services we offer.  Personal data covered by this Privacy Policy is processed only:

  • where it is necessary to carry out a transaction with you (such as payment information); or,
  • where Arte Urbana Collectif needs to comply with its legal obligations.

Arte Urbana Collectif does not currently use, but intends to use in the future, cookies and similar technologies that collect and store information when you visit the Arte Urbana Collectif website. This will be done so that Arte Urbana Collectif can identify your Internet browser and collect data about your use of our website, which pages you visit, the duration of your visits, and to recognize this information when you return to the website so that we can improve your experience when you visit our website. You will be able to control and set cookie preferences from your browser settings.

 

If you contact us via social networks

If you choose to interact with Arte Urbana Collectif’s services via social networks, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc., your personal data (for example, your name and the fact that you are interested in Arte Urbana Collectif ) will also be visible to all visitors to your personal page on the relevant social networks, in accordance with your privacy settings on the social media services. Arte Urbana Collectif is not responsible for the processing of such personal data or for the privacy policies of these social networks.

When you contact us via social networks (for example, when you post a comment, upload a media file, send a message or like us by clicking the “Like” button, we may receive your personal data (such as your (user)name, profile picture, hometown, email address and gender)). For how long we retain your data

Personal data processed by the Arte Urbana Collectif in accordance with this Privacy Policy will be deleted or processed anonymously (so that you cannot be identified) within 10 years of our last interaction with you.

In all cases, information may be retained for a) a longer period where there is a legal or regulatory reason to do so (in which case it will be deleted once it is no longer necessary for the legal or regulatory reason) or b) a shorter period where the individual objects to the processing of their personal data and there is no longer a lawful reason to retain it.
